Abstract: The main topic of this talk will be about how graph structural properties or measures are related with dynamics. We will show two separate scenarios: from the structural point of view and from the dynamical. In the first scenario we will discuss which graph measures can be fit for this question and what is common property of the most graphs in applications. In the second part we will introduce well-known model that is close to neuronal networks in the real life and discuss what dynamical patterns of this model can be fit for our task. First part will be highly connected to social networks analysis and the second to synchronization in spiking neuronal networks. We will show several results for each part of this discussion.
